• 7 night minimum stay from 16/04/21 through to Autumn 2021 (Friday only arrivals/departures)

• Arrival from 4pm
• Departure by 10am
• Friday arrivals only (7 day minimum stay)

• If the booking is for more than 6 weeks in advance we will take a deposit of 50% at the time of booking with the balance being required 6 weeks prior to arrival.  
• For bookings of less than 6 weeks in advance the full rental cost will be due at the time of booking.

We take a damage deposit of £250 in advance which will refunded after departure assuming the property has been properly respected.

• Cancellation policy is 50% refund if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival.
• No refund will be given if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.
• We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover against any unforeseen circumstances.

• Well behaved dogs are welcome at Woodhaven and Hampsfell Cottage by prior arrangement

• Woodhaven and Hampsfell Cottage are strictly non-smoking properties
• If you do smoke outside in the grounds please be considerate and clean away any cigarette butts

The rental includes bed linen, towels, WiFi and cleaning consumables.

There will be a welcome pack on arrival and also an information pack containing the WiFi access and other house details.
